Dad gets his shoulder repaired - the 2nd one - and it gets coverage in the IndyStar

My brave dad has just had his 5th joint replacement surgery. He had two knee replacements about 15 years ago, and when the left one required a replacement of the replacement, he forged ahead and got it done last summer.

When the pain in his shoulder reached epic proportions, he sought a newly-approved procedure: reverse total shoulder replacement. He had this done in 2004 and it was very successful to restore movement and he was relieved of the constant pain.

Now, at age 86, he has just undergone the LEFT shoulder surgery, again the same procedure he had on the right shoulder 3 years ago. I was concerned for him, but he has come through it successfully, and it was covered by the Indianapolis paper.
